With over 30 years of experience as a qualified pharmacist, Alex brings exceptional depth of knowledge, compassion and clinical expertise to every patient interaction. Holding a Diploma in Formulation Chemistry, she has undertaken extensive training in pharmaceutical compounding, along with specialised education in Bio-Identical Hormone Restoration Therapy, Dermatology, Pain Management and Veterinary Compounding.
Alex’s career has spanned diverse areas of pharmacy across Australia and the UK, including hospital, retail and boutique compounding pharmacies. This breadth of experience has shaped her holistic approach to healthcare. She believes that achieving your best in any area of life requires balance — physical, mental and emotional wellbeing working in harmony.
Her passion for personalised medicine inspired the creation of The Cottage Pharmacy and later Coastal Compounding Pharmacy. Through both pharmacies, Alex is dedicated to helping individuals find tailored solutions to their unique health and wellness needs while delivering the highest standard of advice and service.
Beyond her love of compounding, Alex is also the founder and formulator behind Evergreen Australia — a skincare range thoughtfully created to support healthy, radiant skin at every stage of life.
When she’s not in the lab, Alex enjoys spending time with her teenage twins and family. Together they love playing squash, skiing and travelling.
